- Do not ask what ESSAY CLUB is during ESSAY CLUB. Anyone @ ESSAY CLUB asking “What is this?” or “What is ESSAY CLUB?” will be kindly asked to leave
- All serious ESSAY proposals (Please see WHAT ARE ESSAYS: Official ESSAY CLUB Presentation Coordination Guideline and Information Pack) are to be submitted in person. For ESSAY expressions of interests and submitting offline, please email to hello@sonnyobrien.com
- No bigotry, racism or sexism will be tolerated at ESSAY CLUB. You will be asked to leave.
- It’s not debate club. If you disagree or want to argue, include it in your next ESSAY. This is ESSAY CLUB. Q&A is allowed.

We plan episodes of ESSAY CLUB around the lunar calendar. ESSAY CLUB is hosted at various spaces around Brisbane. Please see the RSVP button above for more information about the next episode — if it’s not updated, it means we are in the process of planning and structuring the next episode.

We are working on an embedded submission form for submitting your ideas–for the time being please send an email to hello@sonnyobrien.com.
You can also just come along, and enjoy the sharing of other people’s ideas. To be clear, you are not required to submit an ESSAY to ESSAY CLUB as it is a consensual community and does not require you to submit to anything.
